Enjoy a fun filled day “California Sunny Style” at this summer’s company picnic celebration. There will be a wonderful array of food, a wide range of recreational activities that you and your committee have selected. Your employees will be greeted by our professional staff directing them where all the fun and food items will be.


As an example, your Company Picnic will begin at 11:30 AM with fresh chips, salsa and peanuts with trail mix waiting for your guests to eat. Along with that you can enjoy a nice cold beverage from our hosted bar station. As your guests arrive, they will be greeted by our friendly staff members that will direct them to all the day’s activities and assist with any questions they may have. To start the festivities lunch will be served at 12:30 PM and We will feature our famous traditional California BBQ Menu that you have selected for your guests and will be prepared by our BBQ chefs on-site and presented in a creative fashion with colorful display on our buffet tables.


The optional activities that you have selected will begin as soon as your guests arrive with open play items on the field. After lunch your guests can enjoy a game of Volleyball, Connect Four, Giant Jenga, Bingo or any other open play field games. To spice up the day we have our “Family Zany Baylympic Games” that will allow your guests to participate in some old fashion style relays. This package comes complete with field lanes, flags, post flags, referees, all the equipment necessary to perform numerous zany relays with our professional staff as barkers and leaders to spice up the afternoon. Now imagine a nice summer day with the weather being at that perfect temperature, although we would like to order that perfect summer weather but it’s just a little beyond our scope of planning, sad I know. While we are imagining that perfect summer day take a look at the green pasture at your local park, still with me? Okay good, you have invited all your employees and their families to join you on this fabulous day.


On this day you have booked the Picnic Planners for the food, drinks, and entertainment, after that amazing BBQ lunch it’s time to start all the games as we gather all the teams for the Baylympics. All the cameras and video recorders start to come out for the treat of the day. Now, a Picnic Planner team member whom will be your Baylympics referee and instructor will line up everyone that is participating and instruct them on the rules and regulations of the following “2020 Baylympics” challenge.


All the participants will be divided into equal teams and given a team name (example: Red Team, Blue Team, The Lions, Tigers, & Bears…oh my!).
The teams will then be directed to one of the many Baylympics style challenges to be played starting with the Baylympics Relay Challenge. Teams will line up and perform a number of crazy & zany relay activities. (Example: Silly Sack Relay, Fumble Swim Fin Relay, Through the Hoop Chain Relay, Drunk & Sober Sobriety Test, Wacky Ball Roll, Hi Ho Leap Frog, Spill-it-loose-it Water Brocade, Sit-Pop the Balloon & Go, and many more).


Teams will rotate and proceed to the Volleyball Net to compete in a short game of Volleyball. The teams will then play a short round of Corn Hole. If there is a tie the following teams will race over to Tug-a-War to test who is the strongest and willful team and finally end the Games.


Before the scores will be tallied the teams have a last and final chance to get extra points or possibly get bump into a higher position with a Team Cheer, Teams will group together and choreograph a team cheer in less than 10 minutes. Cheers will be judge on Choreography, Style, Enthusiasm, and Group Participation The Cheer must rhyme with the company name and must include the name of the team.

Gold Medals



We love to hand these out to the winners of the Baylympic winners. Once the teambuilding games are over a Picnic Planner team member will make the announcement of the First, Second and Third Place winners. Participants will get to wear their medals with heads held high showing off thier accomplishments for a job well done!

Bingo



This game is a game that everyone can play and the winner gets to yell out BINGO! Bingo is a game of chance in which each player matches the numbers printed in different arrangements on cards. The game host (known as a caller) draws balls at random, marking the selected numbers with tiles. When a player finds that the selected numbers are arranged on their card in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line, they call out "Bingo!" to alert all participants to a winning card, which prompts the game host (or an associate assisting the host) to examine the card for verification of the win.

Giant Soccer Game



This massive 10 foot tall inflatable dartboard for your picnic that lets players take turns aiming and kicking soccer balls that stick to the board just like scoring a regular game of darts.
