I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, Howard and your excellent staff for the superb job you did for us earlier this month. Our hospital family picnic was a rousing success, thanks to all of your efforts and great teamwork.

As you know, this year was a turning point for us; it was the first time since its inception over 30 years ago that we didn't do the entire picnic ourselves, from start to finish. Naturally, I was concerned that people would notice a difference ... and not in a good way! My fears were unrealized. It was so much fun to return to work on Monday following our event. People couldn't wait to tell me how much they loved the delicious food, the midway games, Howard's enthusiasm, the Baylympics, and your staff.

I was so impressed at the energy exhibited by your staff, and how they handled the many challenges that we presented with professionalism and friendliness. It made my job not only easier, but a great deal of fun.
