Some companies will book a picnic 1 year in advance to ensure their actual picnic date and location. Most companies book 6 months in advance.

Can you plan a picnic on short notice?
Yes, of course we can. Although it is not advised, we can plan an event in less than 1 week.

How do I get a quote for my company picnic or event?
Just pick up the phone and call us. Give us complete details of everything you would like and we will send you a quote.

Can The Picnic Planners make my "Picnic Reservation" to book my actual picnic site and pull all necessary permits?
Yes. We will do both of these tasks at an additional cost - when you book a picnic or event with us.

How do I secure my picnic with The Picnic Planners?
We require a minimum of a $1,000.00 deposit for all catered company picnics and events.

How far will The Picnic Planners travel to cater a picnic or event?
Depending on our schedule, we will travel within the greater Bay Area, San Francisco, Gilroy, Danville or just give us a call for your area.

What size events do you handle?
Depending on the location of your picnic or event, we can cater from a minimum of 50 people to 5000 people.

Will you cater for less than 100 people?
Depending on our availability and schedule, it may be possible to lower our minimum number to 50 people. Please call us and ask about availability.

This is my first time planning a company picnic or event. Can The Picnic Planners meet with me and my picnic committee for an on-site meeting to answer any questions or concerns we might have?
Of course we can. Just pick up the phone and call us to schedule an appointment. We will answer all questions and concerns of which you might have.

Do you cook your food on-site?
Yes, we do all of our cooking and barbecuing on-site to ensure warmth and freshness.
